1. Service

SerenityVault™ provides sovereign digital protection products including TRINITY architecture, Serenity Phone™, AEGIS™, AURA™, 007 Paranoï™, and associated services.

Service levels, support, and limits are defined in your specific agreement.

2. Acceptable use

Lawful use only. You will not use the service to violate applicable law, infringe rights, or harm third parties.

No interference with our infrastructure beyond your own deployment.

No misuse of cryptographic features for illegal activity in your jurisdiction.

3. Account responsibility

You safeguard authentication credentials, hardware security keys, and recovery materials.

Zero-Knowledge means we cannot recover lost keys. Maintain your own recovery procedures.

4. Pricing & payment

Prices, billing cycles, and payment terms are defined in your contract. Quotes valid 30 days unless stated otherwise.

Late payments may result in service suspension following written notice.

5. Intellectual property

SerenityVault™, TRINITY™, AURA™, 007 Paranoï™, AEGIS™, ALFRED, ADÈLE, ALADIN, Vault ZK, Deny Value™, Honeytraps™ are trademarks of SerenityVault.

You retain rights to your content. We acquire no rights beyond what is necessary to deliver the service.

6. Warranties & limitations

We warrant the service materially conforms to documentation. Beyond that, the service is provided as-is.

Liability capped at fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. Indirect, consequential, and punitive damages excluded to the extent permitted by law.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate for material breach with 30 days written notice and opportunity to cure.

On termination, you may export data within 30 days. After that, operational data is deleted per Privacy Policy.

8. Governing law

Governed by laws specified in your contract. Disputes resolved in the venue specified therein.

9. Changes

Material changes notified at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
